ENVICCO and GC joined hand with Wat Chak Luk Ya’s Community, Maptaput Municipality and Local Entrepreneurs Conducted “Thod Phapa Ceremony on Plastic Waste for Recycling”

              GC and ENVICCO, the first plastic recycle company within GC group located in Asia Industrial Estate in Rayong Province, together with Wat Chak Luk Ya’s community, Maptaput Municipality, Maptaput Industrial Estate Office, and the local entrepreneurs, had conducted “Thod Phapa Ceremony on Plastic Waste for Recycling” with an aim to donate all the revenue from selling the plastic wastes to renovate the temples in Rayong area. In this event, many locals, communities and entrepreneurs have eagerly participated to bring along plastic wastes, likewise, over 200 volunteers of GC Group had joined to bring PET wastes (eg. clear drinking bottles) or HDPE wastes (eg. milk bottles, sauce bottles and detergent containers) to educate the locals community about correct waste sorting process along with YOUTURN Platform support.  

              This activity embraces the concept of green economy to create connection among economic, society and environment towards sustainability. ENVICCO and GC would like to bring about innovation and technology, expertise, experience, way of management and knowledge to enhance the waste management, income and sustainable independency for the community.
